Mrs. Emma Rose Urban Yurecko died March 30, 2013 at her home in Frenchtown, NJ. She was 96 years old.
Emma was born on July 16, 1916 in Perth Amboy, NJ, the daughter to the late Julia nee: Bandola and Michael Urban. She worked as an Administrative Assistant at National School Studies in Newark, NJ., and later, at Lord & Taylor in Millburn, NJ as a woman's sales consultant.
Emma was predeceased by her husband William Joseph Yurecko, in 1963, and her son William Joseph Yurecko, Jr. in 2003. She was also predeceased by her sister, Marion Urban Zupko, and her 7 brothers; Albert, Peter, John, Nicholas, William, Theodore, and Julius Urban.
She is survived by her son Thomas and his wife Lisa, 2 daughters, Ellen and her husband Jon Drabyk, Maryann and her husband Thomas Steffe,and William's wife Rafaella, 6 grandchildren: Maria Yurecko DiNorscio & family, Michael Yurecko & family, Daniel Yurecko, & family, Kristin Drabyk, Meghan Steffe Barbieri & family, and Michael Steffe, and 8 great grandchildren: Nina DiNorscio, Ella DiNorscio, William G. Yurecko, Samuel Yurecko, Lyla Yurecko, Mia Yurecko, Sebastian Yurecko, and Aria Rose Barbieri.
Visitation will be Tuesday April 2, 2013 at the Shine of St. Joseph from 9 - 11 AM, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in East Hanover, NJ.
