Obituary for Peggyann F. Tuma (Ferugia)

Peggyann F.  Tuma (Ferugia)
Peggyann F. Tuma (Ferugia) died unexpectedly on May 16, 2016 at her home in Edison.
She was born in Newark, NJ a daughter to the late Peggy (Smith) and Nicholas Ferugia. She lived in Union, and Springfield before moving to Edison in 1972.
Peggyann was a graduate of Tampa University where she was a member of her Sorority Alpha Chi Omega.
She was a homemaker until working for Family Life Diocese of Trenton, then for her husband as the office manager at Metuchen Pediatrics in Metuchen.
Peggyann was a very active and faithful communicant of St. Francis Cathedral in Metuchen, NJ.
She was always active in the Irish dance world, following in the footsteps of her mother and uncle Peter Smith
She is survived by her loving husband of 48 years Victor Tuma, her children Gary and his wife Rita, Craig and his wife Eileen, Heather and her husband Michael Napolitano, and Glenn and his wife Mariana, her brother Gary Ferruggia an his wife Sonia, and her adored grandchildren Olivia, Jackson, Kyleigh, Delia, Emilia and Sienna.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on May 20, 2016, 10:00 am at St. Vincent de Paul RC Church, Bebout Ave., Stirling. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in East Hanover. Visitation will be Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 from the Valley Memorial Funeral Home 1012 Valley Rd., Gillette. For more information and online condolences visit www.valleymemorialfuneralhome.net
