Condolence: My sincere condolences to the entire family. I had the pleasure of working with Ray at Mepco in the late '60's and early '70's. I was pretty young, and worked at Mepco prior to and after military service. I remember Ray as a knowledgeable and professional manager who took time to explain processes.
