Obituary for Regina R Hague (Coklyat)

Regina R. Hague died Monday October 16, 2017 in Summit, NJ. She was 90.
Regina was born in Newark, NJ, raised in North Arlington, NJ before moving to Berkeley Heights in 1951.
She was a graduate of North Arlington High School and attended classes at Montclair State University.
She worked as an office manager for RPM Industries in Westfield, NJ then Koppers Company in Kearny, NJ for many years before retiring.
Regina was president of the Berkeley Heights Senior Citizens for 13 years, was a member of the Berkeley Heights Township Alliance, the Columbia Middle School Literary Student/Senior reading program, the Governor Livingston High School Workshop to compare generations, volunteered at Runnells Hospital and ran the clothing and jewelry fund drive, worked at the Elections Poll in Berkeley Heights, was the battalion baton twirler and Drum Major for the American Legion Marching Band, enjoyed music, bowling and was an avid reader.
She was predeceased by her husband Richard H. Hague in 1990, and her sister Helen Hague.
She is survived by her daughter Karen and her husband Gabor Koletar, a brother John W. Coklyat, 2 grandchildren Kristof and Richard, and 4 great grandchildren Peter, Gavin, Lucy and Logan.
Visitation will be Wednesday October 18, 2017 from 3-7 PM at the Valley Memorial Funeral Home 1012 Valley Rd., Gillette, NJ. Cremation is private. Memorial contributions may be made to Lewy Body Dementia Association, lbd@lbda.org. For information and condolences visit valleymemorialfuneralhome.net
