Obituary for Elaine Badgley (Robbins)
Elaine Badgley (Robbins) died December 10, 2018 at her home in New Providence, NJ. She was 71.
Elaine was born in Elizabeth, NJ on October 18, 1947 a daughter to the late Bertha (Kutschman) and Leo Robbins. She has lived in New Providence since 1952. She worked as a Pediatric Nurse in the Special Care Nursery at Overlook Hospital in Summit, NJ and most recently for Trinitas in Elizabeth, NJ retiring in 2015.
She loved bible study and was a member of the Bible Study Fellowship, a national and local organization, also Community Bible Study in Basking Ridge. She loved to make and collect miniatures and enjoyed sewing, knitting, baking, crafting and gardening.
She is survived by her husband J. Stephen Badgley, her 2 sons John Stephen Badgley Jr., Daniel Lincoln Badgley and his wife Jenna Marie, a daughter Erin Aileen and her husband Kurt Wade, and 3 grandchildren Sabrina, Gracelyn and Benjamin.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday February 16, 2019 at 10:30 AM at The Shrine of St. Joseph 1050 Long Hill Road, Stiring, NJ, and under the direction of the Valley Memorial Funeral Home 1012 Valley Rd., Gillette, NJ.
