Christopher James Montemurno died Sunday, April 18, 2021 in Phoenix, AZ. He was 32.
Chris was born in Trenton NJ on December 9, 1988 and was a son to Alicia (Ramirez) and Gary Montemurno and was a lifelong resident of Berkeley Heights, NJ before moving to Phoenix AZ. In keeping with Chris' loving and generous spirit, it was his decision to donate life. His spirit will live on in the many lives he touched through organ donation.
Chris was a graduate of Governor Livingston High School, Berkeley Heights, NJ
He was a parishioner of Our Lady of the Mount in Warren, NJ where he was also an Altar Server.
He joined the Boy Scouts of America, had a great sense of humor that could keep a whole room laughing and was an avid basketball fan.
Chris is survived by his parents Alicia (Ramirez) and Gary Montemurno, his brother Paul Montemurno and his wife Tessa, and 2 sisters Angela and her husband Will Hamilton, and Ria Montemurno, and 6 nieces and nephews: Eden, Harvey, Silas, Luke, Grace and Damien.
Visitation for Chris will be Wednesday, April 28, 2021 from 5 - 8 PM at Our Lady of the Mount RC Church, 167 Mt Bethel Rd., Warren, NJ. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday, April 29, 2021 10:30 AM at the Church. Burial will follow at St. Vincent de Paul Cemetery, Stirling. The visitation and Funeral Mass can be witnessed Live Stream through the Church website, ourladyofthemount.org.
