Carmela Lopiano (Frank) died Monday April 3, 2017 in Madison, NJ. She was 107.
Carmela was born in Jersey City, NJ where she lived moving to Tenafly, NJ before moving to Chatham in 2009.
She graduated from high school in Jersey City, and was a wonderful homemaker to her family.
She was pre-deceased by her husband Carmine in 1993, her son Rocco W. LoPiano and his wife Irene, both in 1990, a grandson Rocco LoPiano in 2016, and 12 brothers and sisters.

She is survived by her son Dr. Michael Lopiano and his wife Audrey, 4 grandchildren, Mark, Catherine, Christian, and Alesia, and 9 great-grandchildren.


Visitation will be Friday April 7, 2017 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the Valley Memorial Funeral Home 1012 Valley Rd., Gillette, NJ. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday April 8, 2017, 9:30 am at St. Vincent de Paul RC Church, Bebout Ave., Stirling. Interment will follow at Holy Name Cemetery, Jersey City, NJ.
